Tuesday - Circumstances Have No Care For Our Feelings

Getting worked up doesn’t provide any good impact. I’ve seen this at work. Not from me this time and yes it’s really unbecoming. I feel at piece with a lot of these situations. I can’t control them as I’m just a lowly manager. If I want change I need to climb that ladder but climbing that ladder isn’t what I want to do. I need to be comfortable with that fact.

Wednesday - The Real Source of Harm

My source of harm is my reactions to things. I’ve I keep an even keel I do myself no harm.

We should not be slaves to our emotions. We all go into the same ground at the end.

Today - To Each His Own

Flying off the handle never has any good outcomes. I think I’ve learned from that and hope to not do it again.
